The Quirktastic App
Quirktastic, founded by Bryanda Law in 2017, was a digital media company dedicated to creating an inclusive space for POC users to explore various "nerdy" interests and fandoms. Designed to rival mainstream social media platforms, the Quirktastic app aimed to serve as a hub for nerdy creatives, fostering connection, collaboration, and community. The app enabled users to stay connected with friends, meet like-minded individuals, and build a diverse and supportive community.

QuirkChat
QuirkChat was the messaging feature integrated into the Quirktastic app, designed to keep users connected without needing to switch between different social media platforms. It allowed users to view new profiles, meet potential friends, and connect all within the Quirktastic app. One of its key features, "Pods," enabled users to engage in video chats with up to 8 people, allowing friends to stay in touch, watch content together, and broadcast themselves—all within the app.

The Unicorn Club
The Unicorn Club extension was created to reward active Quirktastic users and encourage greater engagement across the app. By logging in daily, users could earn "Unicorn Status" and accumulate points for their activity. Points were earned through various features of the app, such as Quirkchat, Connie, The Quirktastic Website, and the Community tabs. These points could be redeemed for rewards, including discounts at The Quirk Shop, special community titles, event discounts through Connie, and placement on the community leaderboard. The goal was to motivate new users to stay active while recognizing and rewarding long-time users for their continued support.
